Serve as the executive leader for the Health Policy and Patient Access Research (HPPAR) Center of Excellence (COE) within the Global Access Value and Economics (GAVE) organization at Intuitive, managing and providing leadership oversight to the COE and three key supporting functions within the center. This leader will work cross-functionally with various teams to execute strategies and tactics within operating plans, including programmatic development and execution of the COE.
The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Specialist will optimize EHR solutions that enable partner practices to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and increase efficiency. The EHR Specialist will collaborate with practice stakeholders along with the multi-disciplinary Aledade team to identify, develop, and implement EHR solutions to support strategic ACO initiatives. Additionally, this role will facilitate the collection of practice-generated data that can be used for population-based analytics.
Oversee initial implementation and support ongoing management of new and existing Strategic Health Plan Alliances (payers and strategic business partners). Work hand in hand with the Strategic Alliance Manager to support go to market efforts and ensure ongoing execution success. Drive key work streams across teams such as technical, marketing, revenue cycle, data, and privacy. Conduct regular business reviews with health plan partners and internal stakeholders to assess progress against plans.
Work closely with our Customer Success team to coordinate partner launches post-sale and onboard mid-market customers to the Parachute Platform utilizing strong project management principles. Partner with customer leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across their network and dig deep on process to recommend workflow solutions to streamline client operations and improve the user experience.
Oversee demand management process and ensure content creation quality and delivery timelines. Job requires excellent client communication and stakeholder management across multifunctional teams. Must be skilled in project management (planning, budgeting, and risk management with focus on quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency and be able to analyze medical data.
Shape the implementation and customer success of FDA-cleared digital treatments in the US health system. The Client Implementation Lead drives revenue growth and patient impact by ensuring health systems, provider groups, and other healthcare organizations are engaged with, understand, and have a smooth experience supporting their patients to use Big Health’s FDA-cleared treatments.
Provide clinical insight and strategic partnership for the development, delivery, and implementation of Medical Education for our AWM (Advanced Wound Management) business in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA). Focus on driving Medical Education activities, online and offline, related to AWM across GSA.
Deliver an exceptional experience to clinicians providing care to Pomelo Care customers, measured by Clinician Net Promoter Score, quality metrics, and retention rates. Act as the primary internal point of contact for clinicians, design onboarding and training programs, and maintain the clinician handbook. Ensure clinicians meet client expectations, use data to identify improvements, and build relationships with clinician groups.
